Returns

You may return the items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us for exchange requests. Parcel Opening Video is must for replacement.
